Western Gas Measurement Short Course and Exhibition (WGMSC), April 30 – May 2, 2024

Learn with AUTOSOL at booth 608 during the Western Gas Measurement Short Course in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 29 – May 2, 2024. The primary purpose of the Western Gas Measurement Short Course is to further the education of natural gas industry personnel in the specific areas of gas measurement and gas control. The Short Course is presented every two years, in the odd numbered year.

The very first Pacific Northwest Gas Measurement Short Course was held in 1960 in Seattle, Washington, hosted by Cascade Natural Gas Corporation. During the 1980s, the name of the Short Course was changed to the Western Gas Measurement Short Course, to accommodate California/Nevada utility representation and potentially other Western/South Western states.

Today, this four-day course covers topics like gas measurement regulation, odorization, communications, and hydrogen. It will also include a series of lively round table discussions around natural gas measurement. Visit the exhibition hall to find hands-on demos, the latest in equipment and technologies. This year, the expo features 104 vendors!

Industrial communications experts Suzzette Rainey and Luis Castillo will be on-hand to teach you all about AUTOSOL’s polling engine.
