The AIM Internship Program is AUTOSOL’s hands-on, immersive talent pipeline designed to prepare the next generation of engineers, developers, and automation professionals. AIM offers real-world experience across SCADA, edge computing, industrial data, software development, and OT/IT technologies – all while working alongside the teams building the future of industrial connectivity.

Program Structure
The AIM Internship is a 10 – 12 week summer program, offering:
- A dedicated technical track (SCADA/OT, software development, or automation engineering)
- Weekly learning labs led by AUTOSOL experts
- Cross-department shadowing sessions
- A capstone project with a final presentation to AUTOSOL leadership
- Option field or customer site visit
