UX Developer

As a UX Developer, you will lead the direction of our UI development efforts and be a creative partner in helping shape our product interfaces, advocate for best practices, and guide the team in building intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing applications.

You should be comfortable collaborating across teams (Product, Engineering, Design) and confident making recommendations that improve the look, feel, and usability of our platform. Experience with Angular is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces for web applications.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications.

· Define and enforce UI/UX standards, patterns, and best practices.

· Provide technical leadership and guidance on front-end architecture decisions.

· Build reusable, scalable components primarily using Angular.

· Advocate for user experience improvements and accessibility (a11y) across the product.

· Review and critique UI implementations to ensure a consistently high-quality user experience.

· Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance our products.

Qualifications:

· 4+ years of front-end or UX development experience.

· Strong understanding of modern UX principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.

· Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

· Professional experience with Angular (preferred), or comparable modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.

· Experience working with component libraries and design systems.

· Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

· Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or applying data-driven improvements is a plus.

· Ability to work autonomously and proactively guide a project’s UX direction.

· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
