Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect plays a critical role in providing pre-sales support, customer support, and engineering services to ensure the successful integration of our software solutions. Leveraging your technical expertise and experience, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive customer success.

Solutions Architect Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales support, including conducting product demonstrations, answering technical inquiries, and assisting with solution design and architecture.
  • Advise the development team on needed or helpful feature ideas that should be added to our products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Provide engineering services to support software integration projects, including configuration, customization, and testing of software solutions.
  • Provide internal and external training courses focused on our products.
  • Capable of scripting additional utilities to enhance the functionality of our products.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise with our products, serving as a go-to resource for configuration and integration related tasks and challenges.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to facilitate their growth and development.
  • Continuously strive to enhance technical skills and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide the highest level of service and support to customers.

Solutions Architect Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR 4+ years of experience with software/hardware integration and advanced technical support.
  • Experience in software integration or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Strong technical skills, proficiency in scripting languages and experience with software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer success.

Location

Houston, Texas in-person preferred.
Remote option for applicants from the following states and provinces: Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and Alberta, Canada.
