AUTOSOL Rolls Out New Product User Guide

We’re pleased to announce that a new online Product User Guide debuted this summer. Designed for easy access to save our users time, it answers many common questions about AUTOSOL Communication Manager (ACM) software. This online version of the User Guide will always be the most updated source of information for ACM.

What’s Inside?
AUTOSOL’s User Guide provides detailed information to aid in setting up and configuring objects, and provides guidance on common workflow tasks and troubleshooting. The new guide will have select articles previously found in our old Product Knowledge Base. This guide combines and replaces our Knowledge Base and PDF user documents, giving you a single source to find the information you need.

Always Up-to-Date
When you access the online version of the Product User Guide, you can be assured that you’re viewing the latest and most up-to-date information as we are able to push edits and new content out immediately.

If you have updated your ACM to version 306, you can find the new Product User Guide already installed; but please note that the PDF file included with the install is an export of the online User Guide at the time of the release. This is why we recommend using the online version for ongoing access.
