AUTOSOL Rolls Out New Product User Guide

AUTOSOL is pleased to announce that a new online Product User Guide debuted this summer.

It answers many common questions about AUTOSOL Communication Manager (ACM) software, and this online version of the User Guide will always be the most updated source of information for ACM.

Designed to save you time, this User Guide provides detailed information to aid in setting up, configuring objects, guidance on common workflow tasks, and troubleshooting. The new guide will have select articles previously found in the old Product Knowledge Base. This guide combines and replaces our Knowledge Base and PDF user docs.

A link to the Product User Guide can be found on the ACM configuration client homepage.

Alternatively, if you have updated your ACM to version 306, you can find the new Product User Guide already installed. The PDF file that is included with the install is an export of the online user guide at the time of the release; however, we recommend using the online version for the latest and most up–to–date information.

You can also reach the Support team by submitting a request through the service desk interface. From there, you can get technical support, report a bug or even suggest a new feature.

For any questions, please give us a call at our headquarters in Houston at 281-286-6017, or in Canada at 587–315–6128.
